Vou takes a voucher for any amount, then the rest is paid another way. Cheq takes a cheque for the amount due.

Half swipe a basket line to the yellow Refund to make it a refund line. The total goes negative and you pay it back at checkout.

A full swipe to the red Void removes a line. Delete on the basket options menu voids the whole basket.
