You can pay part of a basket by card with an amount you type, then pay the rest another way. For example, a £45.00 basket can be paid with £20.00 by card and £25.00 in cash.
Before you start
Items in the basket.
Steps
Tap Checkout.
Tap ... under Card to type an amount.
Tap Clear.
Tap the amount to pay by card, for example £20. To Pay now shows that amount.
Tap Pay.
Take the payment on the terminal. If it is approved, tap Authorised.
Back on Payment, the amount left shows. Tap Exact under Cash.
Tap Done.
What you should see
The basket is paid by card and cash. It shows as Mixed in the One Day report.
Good to know
The Confirmation screen shows only the last payment as Amount Paid, not the basket total.
