Vou takes a voucher for any amount, and the rest is then paid another way. Cheq takes a cheque for the amount due. For example, on a £25 basket a £10 voucher leaves £15.00 to pay by cheque.
Before you start
Items in the basket.
Steps
Tap Checkout.
Tap Vou. The voucher screen starts at £0.00.
Tap the voucher value, for example £10.
Tap Pay. You go back to Payment with the amount left to pay.
Tap Cheq.
Tap Exact to fill in the cheque amount.
Tap Pay.
Tap Done.
What you should see
The basket is paid by voucher and cheque and shows as Mixed in the reports.
Good to know
On the cheque screen, tap Exact before Pay. If you tap Pay first, Payment Error says the Tendered amount is smaller than the Total amount to be paid.
