Void a product or a basket

A full swipe to the red Void removes a line. Delete on the basket options menu voids the whole basket.

Void removes a product from the basket. Delete on the basket options menu voids the whole basket.

Steps

  1. Swipe the line all the way to the left.

  2. Tap the red Void. The line is removed.

  3. To void the whole basket, tap the menu icon (three lines) at the top right of the basket to open the basket options menu.

  4. Tap Delete.

  5. Tap Delete again to confirm.

What you should see

The line, then the whole basket, are removed. The basket keeps its number.

Good to know

  • A part swipe shows the yellow Refund instead. See Refund a product.

  • You cannot void a completed sale from Reports.
