Use wastage to reduce stock levels and record reasons for wasted stock. Access wastage by selecting 'Wastage' on the stores page of your admin dashboard:
Select '+ New' to start a new wastage report.
Any product quantities entered here will decrease the current stock level for that product. You may wish to leave a note to explain wastage, for example: Sell by date expired. You can generate a wastage report in 'Tools'. If you make a mistake, add or remove stock again as necessary using stock take, stock invoice or wastage.
Select 'Complete' to finish.
