Save a stocktake and finish it later

Save keeps a stocktake you have not finished. It shows as Not Completed with a Reconciliation link.

Use this article to keep a stocktake you have not finished. Save keeps it as Not Completed with a Reconciliation link, so you can carry on later.

Steps

  1. In Shopwave Admin, open the store and click the Stocktake tab.

  2. Click + New.

  3. Type the counts you have so far.

  4. Click Save. Save and Reconcile grey out and you stay on the page.

  5. Click the Stocktake tab.

  6. To carry on, click Reconciliation on the Not Completed row.

What you should see

The saved stocktake opens at reconciliation. Finish it as in Count your stock (stocktake).
