Set prices, tax and tags for each channel

Each product can have a row per channel with its own price, tax and channel tag (Delivery, In-Store, Shopify, Take-Out).

Use this article to give a product its own price, tax and channel tag for each channel in Shopwave Admin. Each product can have a row per channel, tagged Delivery, In-Store, Shopify or Take-Out.

Steps

  1. In Shopwave Admin, open Products and search for the product.

  2. Click the product.

  3. On a channel row, choose the channel tag, for example In-Store.

  4. Set the price for that row.

  5. Set the tax for that row.

  6. Repeat for each channel row, for example a second row tagged Delivery with its own price.

  7. Click SAVE.

  8. If Warning - ID Change says the edit may affect an integration, click SAVE again.

What you should see

"Product saved successfully" shows. Each row you changed gets a new ID.

Good to know

  • Changing a channel's price or tax gives that channel a new ID. Update any integration that uses the old ID.

  • A blank tax saves as 0.00 with no message. Fill in the tax on every row.

  • Each iPad chooses which channel's price it charges. See Choose which channel prices the till uses.
