Move a store between Active and Sandbox

Each store's Edit page has an Active and Sandbox switch. In the video it worked the wrong way round.

Use this article to move a store between the Active and Sandbox lists in Shopwave Admin. Each store's Edit page has an Active and Sandbox switch.

Steps

  1. In Shopwave Admin, open Stores.

  2. Click Edit on the store's row.

  3. Click Active or Sandbox.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Open the Active or Sandbox tab to check where the store is.

What you should see

The store moves to the list you chose.

Good to know

  • On 4.4 the switch works the wrong way round. It shows the opposite of the store's status and saves the opposite of what you click. For example, choosing Active and saving moved a store to Sandbox. Always check the tabs after saving.
