Use this article to set the business details that print on your receipts. Merchant > Edit in Shopwave Admin holds the business name, company number, VAT number, images and brand colours.
Steps
In Shopwave Admin, click Edit under Merchant.
Type your company number.
Type your VAT number.
Click Save.
On the till, open POS Settings > Merchant and tap Refresh.
Open POS Settings > Stores and tap Refresh.
What you should see
The details print on receipts once the till has refreshed.
Good to know
If the company number or VAT number is empty, receipts show neither.
POS Settings > Components > Receipt has the Show Company Number and Show Tax toggles. See Print receipts automatically and choose what they show.
