Apply a promotion from the list (On-Demand)

The ticket icon next to Customer lists your promotions. Tap Redeem to apply one to the basket.

Use this article to apply a promotion to the basket from your list of promotions. The ticket icon next to Customer lists them, and Redeem applies one.

Before you start

  • Promotions set up in Shopwave Admin. See Create a promotion.

Steps

  1. Tap the ticket icon next to Customer.

  2. Tap Select from list.

  3. Tap the filter icon.

  4. Choose All, Manual or Automatic.

  5. Tap Redeem on the promotion you want.

What you should see

Each line shows the old price crossed out and the new price. A line with the promotion's name shows the discount. For example, a 20% promotion on a £37.00 basket brings the total to £29.60.

Good to know

  • Promotions are grouped A to Z in the list.

  • The ticket icon also offers Enter code.
