Complete, save or delete a basket

The basket options menu has Complete, Delete and Save for the basket on screen.

Use this article to complete, save or delete the basket on screen. All three are in the basket options menu.

Steps

  1. Tap the menu icon (three lines) at the top right of the basket. This opens the basket options menu.

  2. Choose what to do:

    • Tap Complete to finish a paid basket.

    • Tap Save to keep the basket and start a new one.

    • Tap Delete to clear the basket.

  3. If you tapped Delete, Delete Basket? asks you to confirm. Tap Delete.

What you should see

  • Complete is blocked until the basket is paid. On an unpaid basket the till says how much is still to pay, for example "£25.00 Still To Pay". Tap Ok.

  • Save keeps the basket, and a new one starts with the next number.

  • Delete clears the basket and keeps its number.

Good to know

  • Complete on an empty basket says "Basket Empty: Empty baskets can not be completed."
