You can only change store after a close out. Do the close out first, then pick the store.

Use this article to change which store an iPad sells for. You can only change store after a close out, so do the close out first and then pick the store.

Before you start

  • Every basket on the till completed or deleted.

Steps

  1. Tap the menu icon (three lines) at the top right of the basket. This opens the basket options menu.

  2. Tap Settings. This opens POS Settings.

  3. Tap Reports in the list on the left.

  4. Under Close Out, tap New and complete the close out. See Close out at the end of the day.

  5. Tap Stores in the list on the left.

  6. Tap the store you want.

What you should see

The tick moves to the new store.

Good to know

  • If you have not done a close out, the till says "Unable to Change Store: To change store please perform a close out." Tap OK, do the close out, then pick the store again.

  • Close Out > View can say No Close Outs while the till still asks for a close out. Do a new close out anyway.

  • Store names in the list are copied from the store's address.
