Components holds the Basket, Checkout and Receipt settings for this iPad. This article shows you where each group of settings is.
Before you start
A manager or owner login.
Steps
Tap the menu icon (three lines) at the top right of the basket to open the basket options menu.
Under Misc, tap Settings. POS Settings opens.
Tap Components in the list on the left.
Tap Basket. It holds Timeout Reset, the basket name settings and product options.
Tap back.
Tap Checkout. It holds Auto Promotions, Payment Type, Service Charge and the Confirmation options.
Tap back.
Tap Receipt. It holds Auto Print and what prints on the receipt.
What you should see
Each screen explains its settings in grey text under the rows.
Good to know
To set a service charge, see Set a default service charge.
