The Merchant pane shows your business, currency and help links. It also refreshes your branding from Admin.
Steps
Tap the menu icon (three lines) at the top right of the basket to open the basket options menu.
Under Misc, tap Settings. POS Settings opens on Merchant.
Tap Refresh. It reloads your business name and brand colours from Admin.
Read Merchant Updated and tap OK.
Switch on Enable Diagnostics only if support asks you to. It turns on extra logging.
Tap the X at the top left to close POS Settings.
What you should see
Merchant Updated says the business details were updated to the Main, Highlight and Contrast colours. Currency shows your currency, for example GBP.
Good to know
Refresh on Merchant did not load a new modifier group or category. To get product changes onto the till, see Get changes from Admin onto the till.
